1. Can I get the shipping for free?
Absolutely! Fill your basket to £50 (Mainland) or £100 (Non-Mainland) and the shipping is on us. Just a heads-up: our free shipping normally applies to orders up to 7kg.
2. How much does it cost for my Upahaar Box order to be delivered?
It’s a flat £4.95 for Mainland UK or £9.95 if you’re in the Highlands, Islands, or other remote spots.
3. When will my Upahaar goodies arrive?
Mainland friends usually see us in 1–3 working days. If you’re a bit further out, give us 3–5 working days to reach you.
4. Where is my parcel right now?
Check your email for a tracking number! If it’s coming via DPD, you can even watch your driver on a map—it’s like a tiny, helpful parade.
5. What if I change my mind about my purchase?
No worries! You have 14 days from when you receive your order to decide if it’s “the one”. Just make sure it stays in its original, unused, and resalable condition.
6. Help! How do I send this back?
Just drop a line to our human team at humans@upahaarbox.com with your order number, and we’ll get you sorted.
7. Does returning stuff cost anything?
We can give you a DPD QR code for a flat fee of £4.50 (we just take it out of your final refund) so you don’t even need to find a printer.
8. Ugh, my item is broken! What now?
We are so sorry! Snap a photo of the damage and the packaging and email us within 48 hours so we can make it right with a fresh replacement or a refund.
9. What's the story behind these products?
Every piece is traded fairly and crafted by small-scale producers using traditional techniques passed down through generations.
10. Is Upahaar Box a "good" company?
We think so! We’re a small business committed to fair wages, zero child or forced labour, and long-term partnerships with our makers.
11. How do I pay for my treasures?
We accept all major card payments, plus PayPal and Google Pay—whatever is easiest for you.
12. Are you going to be weird with my data?
Never. We are an independent UK business and we take your privacy very seriously. We strictly follow GDPR rules to keep your personal info safe and sound.
13. I made a mistake on my order, help!
Quick, tell us! We process things fast, so the sooner you email humans@upahaarbox.com, the better chance we have to fix it before it heads out the door.
14. Do you send boxes across the seas?
We do ship outside the UK, but our free shipping treats are for UK addresses only. International orders are always subject to regular shipping prices.
15. I missed the knock at the door!
Don’t panic! DPD will try again or leave it at a local Pickup shop, while Royal Mail will leave you a “we missed you” note with all the details for redelivery or collection.
